In short, we buy properties below market price and extract value.
We target acquisition of distressed properties that need physical rehab and
work with distressed homeowners who are experiencing financial or other stress.

We are a growing company constantly looking for properties, investors, and like minded people who are excited about discussing real estate. We use a “boots on the ground” approach when evaluating local markets and specific deals. Currently, we focus on the south and west sides of Chicago and the southern suburbs of Indianapolis.
